We’re Hiring: Remote Oncology Nurse Case Manager

About the Role

ServusCare, a subsidiary of Veritas Allies, is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Case Manager to join our growing team. ServusCare provides comprehensive medical management services, including Utilization Review, Case Management, Disease Management, and Medical Necessity Reviews, working closely with patients, providers, TPAs, stop-loss/reinsurance carriers, and other stakeholders within self-insured plans.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Case Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Concurrent review of patients' clinical information to ensure efficiency and quality care

• Ongoing review of pre-certification requests for medical necessity

• Coordinating patient care teams and medications

• Using critical thinking and clinical expertise to:

  • Advocate for quality care and improved patient outcomes

  • Prevent complications during hospital stays

  • Support appropriate, hospital discharge and reduced lengths of stay

  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all patient interactions

• Working effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision

• Utilizing multiple computer programs and platforms efficiently

• Driving positive outcomes, promoting member empowerment, and creating meaningful change

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Current, unencumbered RN license and compact licensure

• 5+ years clinical experience, including at least 1 year in oncology

• Proficiency with InterQual criteria and/or Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG)

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills

• Experience working with TPAs or self-funded benefit plans

• Independent, self-motivated, and customer-service-oriented
