Rick Ritchie's Background in Reinsurance and Self-Funded Healthcare

Rick brings more than three decades of experience in the reinsurance industry, including founding Risk and Insurance Consulting Services (RICS) in 1997 and building the organization over more than two decades before its acquisition by Beach & Associates.

But we're equally excited about what comes next.

Rick brings a fresh perspective to Veritas Allies, alongside an extensive understanding of the self-funded and reinsurance markets, longstanding industry relationships, and perhaps most importantly, a willingness to challenge the status quo.
